Support Erskine in this Centenary Year 2014

100 Paintings for 100 Years

2014 is the Centenary anniversary of the First World War and The Studio Fine Art Company has commissioned the Artist, Ian Rawnsley to paint a series of 100 original oil paintings based on locations associated with the war. The paintings will be (quality) framed & glassed and will be selling for £150.00 with £50.00 from each piece sold going to Erskine Fundraising

The paintings will include not only sites of conflict such as the Somme and the battles of Flanders Field but also maritime locations such as the Battle of Jutland and locations of embarkation as well as sites of loss of life on the UK mainland associated with the War

The scenes will reflect the current day, in particular the areas of the European land warfare where many sites have returned to farmland and wood. By capturing an essence of the locations as they are today reflects renewal and reflection, a commemoration of the loss and sacrifice made during the War by our brave servicemen  women

Without Ian's support this fundraising project would not have been possible and we would like to extend our gratitude to him for agreeing to undertake '100 Paintings for 100 Years' for Erskine
